In recent months and years, there have been a large number of changes and adjustments at the normative level of timber construction in Austria. This applies not only to the technical areas, but above all to all construction-related topics. Therefore the Landesinnung Holzbau Burgenland organizes a seminar with special focus on timber construction. In the area of costing, the innovations of ÖNORM B 2061 (May 2020 edition) are summarized with a focus on average wage pricing (new: personnel costs) in the K3 sheet as well as the new K2 sheet for the presentation of the total surcharge. In the area of tendering, the topic of timber construction-specific requirements and knowledge for tenderers, planners and also timber construction companies will be explained in the context of LB-HB version 021 (31.12.2018) in particular, as well as the publication Tendering in timber construction (June 2020) will be discussed as a working aid for the new LG 36. On the subject of invoicing, the main focus will be on the invoicing regulations and their changes or details of the revised work contract standard ÖNORM B 2215 (December 2017 edition), and also the innovations – e.g., the new standard ÖNORM B 2215 (December 2017 edition) will be presented. on the subject of connection technology – presented in the context of tendering and billing. Comparative considerations and cross-references to the Federal Public Procurement Act (BVergG) as well as to the field of documentation round off the construction industry update.
