COST & CALCULATION IN TIMBER CONSTRUCTION
This seminar offers a construction industry update for tenderers, planners and, above all, timber construction companies with a special focus on timber construction:

The following topics are included:
– Cost planning according to ÖNORM B 1801-1 (edition 2021) with timber construction aspects
– Calculation on the basis of ÖNORM B 2061 (edition 2020) with focus on medium wage pricing (K3 sheet) as well as effects in the K7 sheet as well as supplements according to standard calculation timber construction
– Solicitation with wood construction specific requirements under LB-HB version 021 (Dec. 31, 2018) and supplemented with LG 36 update in 2022.
– Invoicing and invoicing regulations according to the current work contract standard for timber construction works ÖNORM B 2215 (2017 edition)
– Cross-references to the Federal Procurement Act (BVergG) as well as necessary documentation in the context of professional project management, but also additional cost claims (MKF) round off the construction update.

In the afternoon, well-known software houses will present their costing systems and will be available for intensive professional discourse and exchange.
