The following norms, guidelines and standards – often relevant to timber construction – have been revised or reissued since 2020:

OIB 2023
The revised OIB Guidelines 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 – Edition 2023 were declared valid in May 2023. In Vienna, all 6 parts have been in force since 23.02.2024, in the other federal states they will be legally anchored in the respective state regulations (building laws or building technology ordinances) in the coming months
